In 2024, hail and rain pounded the Telluride Bluegrass Festival… until suddenly, the sky parted, and a radiant rainbow stretched across the canyon. Just like that, everyone emerged from shelter, and the music carried on beneath a shared moment of pure magic. 🌈🎶
I have been lucky enough to enjoy the Telluride Bluegrass Festival many times throughout my life, but in 2024, it all came full circle when we brought our four-year-old daughter for the first time. If you look closely, you’ll find her tucked into the crowd on my husband’s shoulders in her unicorn onesie… a little piece of our story forever captured in this painting.
